Wildcat Crew Fundraiser Supports R.M. Pyles Boys Camp

We're thrilled to share the success of a recent fundraising event hosted by the Wildcat crew, longtime champions of R.M. Pyles Boys Camp. Despite the heat, countless volunteers showed up to help make the event a success.

Thanks to their dedication and the generosity of our community, the event raised $30,000 — funding that will directly support our leadership program's mission to help boys grow into responsible, compassionate men. The program is built around core values of integrity, resilience, and respect, giving boys the skills they need to navigate life's challenges.

Many of our alumni came out to help on the day, including Ed "Chain" Cadena, Roman "Bravo" Gutierrez, Vincente "Gazoo" Herrerra, and friend of Pyles John Steele. The event also reconnected Pyles with alumnus and local hero Blaine Hodge.

A heartfelt thank you to the Wildcat crew and all of our sponsors — Gold, Silver, Bronze, and Partner level — for their incredible support, and to KGET-TV17 Bakersfield's Compassion Corner for helping make the event a reality. Together, we're raising not just funds, but hopes and dreams for the young men we serve.
