Pyles hires motivated, energetic people who can bring initiative, creativity, sound judgment, and care to the camp community.
Most seasonal staff are alumni, but qualified non-alumni also join the team. Roles support activities, teaching, cabin life, safety, operations, and the day-to-day work of camp.
