Celebrating Our Alumni and Family Contributions

At Pyles Boys Camp, the strength of our mission is carried not only by the dedicated staff and board members but also by our incredible alumni. This year, their contributions have been nothing short of extraordinary, proving that the Pyles spirit continues to thrive long after their time as campers or staff.

Our alumni have been integral in making 2024 a standout year. From volunteering their time and expertise to making in-kind contributions that directly benefit our camp, their support has been invaluable: more than 150 alumni gave their time to work parties, reunions, and events; in-kind donations topped $20,000 in value; roughly $8,000 went toward improvements to the camp office and a custom-built fire ring; and alumni coordinated more than 75 physicals for staff and campers ahead of the summer season.

Nearly all of our monthly donors are alumni, or the friends and family of alumni, reflecting their ongoing belief in the work we do. Alumni and families also joined together to support our recent Mess Hall matching campaign, underscoring their commitment to ensuring future generations of campers can experience the transformative power of Pyles.

This level of dedication is a reminder of what's possible when a community comes together.
