Dear Friends:

It is with mixed feelings that we announce the departure of our valued Camp Director, Dale “Bamm-Bamm” Decker. We are sad to see him go, however we wish him great happiness and success in his next chapter. Bamm-Bamm has been presented with an opportunity that will offer both personal and professional growth and we have great faith that he will be successful in this venture.

Since becoming Camp Director, Bamm-Bamm has worked tirelessly to execute our mission and positively impact the lives of many boys and young men. He showed dedication, hard work, professionalism, and commitment throughout his tenure, all traits that we hope to instill in our campers.

I have been so proud of the overall growth that Pyles Camp has gone through during my leadership. We dared boys to become men, or better yet, gentlemen. The brotherhood bonds I have developed with all of you, I will truly miss. I am grateful for all the support that Stripes, Leslie, Shotgun, Panda, Maverick, the summer staff, and all of the Alumni & Volunteers have given me.
